Postage and Packaging

Item will be posted to you within 1 to 3 days of receiving cleared payment.  All products are made with love, checked and carefully packaged before dispatch to ensure we are providing you with quality products. They are dispatched via Royal Mail unless otherwise stated. Where a Royal Mail Signed For has been used, a tracking number will be provided to you for you to track and trace your order.

Import taxes, duties, charges and restrictions

These are not included in the item price or shipping charges. You are responsible for any good(s) you import, the payment of import duties and taxes of any kind levied in your country.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Thanks.

RETURN POLICY

Thanks for shopping with me. I hope you will be happy with your purchase(s). However, in the event that you wish to cancel, exchange or return your product, please read our returns policy, then contact me in writing via the following email:
 ogn.okafor@gmail.com stating the order details (date of order, the username/email address you used to order, item name, quantity, price, etc).  


Order Cancellation and Returning Goods

Our policy lasts 14 days. You may cancel your order(s) at any time before they are despatched or return your product before 14 days from the date you receive them. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, Good(s) must be returned to us within 7 days from notifying us and before 14 days from the date you receive them.  Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging; securely wrapped.  You bear the risk and responsibility of return plus the cost of returning them.


In order to identify your good(s), process your replacement/refund promptly plus notify you of receipt and refund, When returning product(s) please include a piece of paper with the following order details (information: your full name, address, date of order, the username/email address you used to order, item name, quantity, price, etc) in the returned order.  

Refunds 

Please note that:

-  orders cancelled before your goods are dispatched will receive a full refund (i.e. price of goods plus cost of delivery (postage and packaging cost) if any).

- orders cancelled after your goods have been despatched will receive a refund of only the price of the good(s). Postage/shipping fees are non-refundable.    

- in the event of faulty goods where personalisation error was our fault, money will be refunded fully.  

Also,

 - personalised items and good(s) which have been made-to-order, altered to your requirements cannot be returned nor refunded.  
- good(s) which have been used, worn or damaged, not posted within 7 days of notifying us are non refundable. 
- additional non-returnable items: Gift cards and Downloadable software products.

- to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

- refund will be made as soon as order has been checked and the above conditions satisfied.  
The above does not affect your rights.                                                           

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at ogn.okafor@gmail.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it, send us an email at ogn.okafor@gmail.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Where we process the return, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
 Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 
If you are returning an item over £40, you should consider using a trackable service or purchasing insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How we protect your personal information

Access to your personally identifying information is restricted to staffs that require the information in order to operate, develop or improve services provided to you.

I use a secure server for transactions. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into a Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.  After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on my servers.

I update these Terms and Conditions plus Policy from time to time. When I decide to do so, the changes will be posted on this page and a notice stating when policy was last updated will be posted below. This policy was last modified on 09/06/22
